To realize this slogan, we leverage our agility as a trading company specializing in Russia and foster close partnerships with local manufacturers. What can we do to continue contributing to the Japanese market? With this question always in mind, we gather insights, listen to customer feedback, and share valuable input with the Russian manufacturers. This ongoing product development cycle drives our innovation and growth. Products from over 20 manufacturers across Russia are distributed through more than 15 ports, spanning from Hokkaido to Kyushu. We offer a wide range of products, including common lumber such as ceiling joists, furring strips, and studs, as well as original plates for reprocessing, laminated wood for structural materials, flooring, 2x4 wood, edge-glued boards, and pallet materials. We will continue striving to create products that delight both producers and customers alike, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout the supply chain.

  • Commercial Dept. No.1 Sales Division 1

    We are primarily involved in local procurement of Russian wood products and sales to major distribution wholesalers. We focus not only on a significant volume of products but also on their quality. With this in mind, we have secured a stable supply in Japan through our close partnership with local manufacturers, leveraging our years of experience as a trading company specializing in Russia. We also provide original plates as semi-finished products, primarily supplying them as raw materials to reprocessing manufacturers in Japan.

  • Product Development Department

    To pursue the slogan "We provide everything possible with Russian timber," we are working on the development of products, that go beyond the standard Russian wood items such as rafter and furring strips. We are expanding into interior and exterior material products under our brand name "RUS FLOOR" and exploring sales channels for white birch wood products. By thinking creatively we will realize the potential for wood that are not bound by existing concepts.

  • Osaka Branch Osaka / Okayama / Nagoya Offices

    The Osaka Branch oversees the Osaka, Okayama, and Nagoya Sales Offices. The vast region is divided into smaller areas, each managed by a sales office. Sales activities are tailored to the characteristics of each area, with a focus on key ports such as Osaka Nanko Port, Kobe Port, Hiroshima Port, Hakata Port, and Nagoya Port. We actively engage in daily communication, with the Director of the Osaka Branch at the center. A key responsibility is to share market information and customer requests in Japan with the manufacturing plants in Russia.

  • Tohoku Office

    Our office is conveniently located just a short walk from Sendai Station, and we have established a sales system that covers all six prefectures of the Tohoku region. Primarily sourced from Sendai Port and Sakata Port, we offer a wide range of products, including our main product, common lumbers, as well as "RUS FLOOR" and other interior-related materials we have developed. Additionally, we process semi-finished original plates at our partner plants and sell them in response to customer requests.

  • Special Sales Department Komoro Shop / Nagano Shop / Kofu Shop

    We operate two locations in Nagano Prefecture (The Komoro Shop and The Nagano Shop) and one in Yamanashi Prefecture (The Kofu Shop). Our wood supermarkets offer a wide selection of domestic timber, in addition to imported wood products. We are actively involved in sales, earning a strong reputation as a trusted, community-based specialty shop for local carpenters and constructors.

  • Operation Division

    With an average volume of over 300 containers handled per month, containers arrive at ports across Japan every day through shipping partners. In addition to import documentation tasks for these containers, our Business Operation Division plays a diverse role, including transportation arrangements, inventory management, preparation of accounts and invoices, sales support, and more. We are the behind-the-scenes driving force of our company.

With the CIS countries as our main field of activity, we respond to a wide variety of inquiries according to the industrial structure of each country. We recognize that our customers are not looking for the product itself, but the solution. Based on this recognition, we draw out hidden needs and propose solutions through our many years of experience and communication in the local language. Although the market is considered to have high barriers to entry due to differences in language and business practices, we are a sales channel that allows Japanese companies to develop their own products while maintaining business practices among Japanese companies.

  • Commercial Dept. No.2 Sales Division 1

    We also introduce occupational safety equipment that contributes to the safety of workers in the field, kitchen equipment for the Japanese food culture that is spreading around the world, antimicrobial products for medical institutions that contribute to the modernization of medicine, and Japanese consumer goods that are popular around the world.

  • 　 Sales Division 2

    We are also in charge of importing and selling world-class Milbock wood drying equipment from Austria, a leading country in the forestry industry, as well as providing maintenance and support after the equipment is in operation. With the deep industry knowledge and cutting-edge drying technology that we have cultivated over the years, we are providing new solutions to many customers and making a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the forestry industry in Japan.

General Service Department

  • The General Service Department oversees the overall operations of the company, with a broad range of responsibilities. These include managing deposits and withdrawals, accounting and finance for recording corporate activities and securing funds, personnel and labor management for payroll processing and social insurance procedures, as well as general affairs such as procurement of equipment, network management, and creating a comfortable work environment for our employees. To adapt to changing social conditions, we are committed to supporting our employees both in Japan and overseas.
